We've just begun to put in the underground utilities and roads to develop our 6th subdivision in Marion County, Florida during the last 35 years! As I type and you read, approximately 40 acres are being developed into Deer Path North which will contain 120 lots. There are some 1/4 acre to almost 1/2 acre lots with 1500 minimum living square footage and some zero lot line homes which will have a minimum living square footages of 1250. We are still working on the details, but we project these homes to start at $200k which will include the lot.
We expect to be able to begin building homes in Deer Path North in October of 2018 and are now accepting fully refundable lot deposits.
